WHAT IS A BEEF SHARE?

CUSTOM WHOLE, HALF, OR QUARTER BEEF

We sell our beef by the pound based on hanging weight. Our target hanging weight for each animal is 840 pounds, weights will vary. Price per pound includes processing and cut fees, 14 days aging, vacuum-sealed packaging, and boxing.

 

Additional services i.e. tenderizing, bacon wrap, marinating, etc. are available. These additions are not included in the base price/lb.

Upon receipt of your deposit, we will notify you of your approximate process date and send you information on contacting our butcher to select your cuts. You should make every effort to call the butcher on your date to make your selections. Calls made after that date will not be able to select the offals such as heart, liver, tongue and kidney.

All beef can be picked up at our Texas USDA inspected butcher. Delivery arrangements are available upon request. Final payments are due before beef can be picked up from the processor.
